Your order will ship when we promise it will ship.

❶ Shipping estimates are only estimates and are not guaranteed.
❷ Processing time for Ground orders are guaranteed.
❸ Processing and shipping times for three-day select, two-day air, and overnight air are guaranteed.
❹ All orders will process next day.


Additional Note: Signs2Trade is not responsible for special or consequential damages. Your sole remedy in the event of a delayed order is the rebate of any shipping charges. In any event, and without limitation, we shall never be liable to you for an amount greater than the amount you paid us for a particular order.

Drop Shipping:
Signs2Trade drop ships anything you order from us directly to your customer with no Signs2Trade "identification" on it. We can also send your orders to multiple locations, if that serves you and your customers better. That could save a lot of steps for you. In some zip codes, that includes overnight shipping without a premium cost and deliveries to Canada&emdash;with some limitations. Due to changes made by our parcel carrier, we are no longer able to ship rolled banners larger than 9’×8’ (9 feet by 8 feet) in a shipping tube without incurring excessive fees. Effective immediately, banners larger than 9’ by 8’ will be folded for shipment. Although folding banners that meet these dimensions will decrease shipping costs even from our current rates, it may result in wrinkled material or slight imperfections in the print. At the distance which these large banners are typically intended for use, these issues should not cause any degradation in the effectiveness of your signage and any wrinkles will release over time. If the above is not acceptable we do have access to other shipping options, at additional cost, which will allow for the banner to be rolled for shipment.
